Since 2005, FMMedia has focused on telecom application software—from Oracle BRM, prepaid services and network charging to enterprise integration and digital transaction platforms.

Our beginning

Telecom billing was the starting point. Cross-generation systems became the experience.

Founded in 2005, FMMedia is a Taiwan-based company focused on application software for the telecom industry. Its engineering team has long participated in implementation, customization, upgrades and operations around Oracle Communications BRM.

As telecom operations moved from 2.5G and 3G through 4G and 5G, the team accumulated experience in WiMAX, fiber networks, prepaid and postpaid billing, as well as voice, data, value-added services and inter-operator settlement.

The service footprint spans Taiwan, Hong Kong and Shanghai, together with POS, electronic transaction platforms, ERP integration, sales data and inventory applications.
